How long after ordering will my item be shipped?Generally, orders are shipped within 2 working days excluding weekends and public holidays. During holidays and seasonal occasions like Mother's Day orders will take a day longer to process. Ordes are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders heavier than 2kg will be sent via courier.

Do you accept returns?Returns are accepted within 30 days. In the unlikely event a product is faulty or damaged we can send a replacement or issue a refund. If you simply don't want the item, please email us first for a returns number. The return must include this number and your name and address.
